Prices:

5 - 10 images - $175 plus tax

11 - 20 images - $225 plus tax

20 - 30 images - $300 plus tax

Additional Information:  

  • Shooting Days: M-F (evenings only), weekends - appointment required

  • Reservation Times: 6 pm - 8 pm (weekday), weekends - all day (appointment required)

  • Processing Time: Two business days for the Basic & Standard editing and processing.

  • Video Session: Starting at $250.00 for 3 minute video clip, uploaded to YouTube.

  • Drone Video/Photo: Starting at $200, plus tax, contact us for more info.

  • Travel fee: Free up to 25 miles from 08096, additional fee for additional distance.

Extras

  • Additional Standard Photos per image $10.00

  • Additional Expanded Coverage Photos per image $20.00

  • Additional Panoramic per scene $35.00

  • Elevated Exterior Photographs $25.00 per photo (for heights over 12 feet)

  • Twilight Photo Shoot $150

  • Return visit to re-shoot because of weather / re-staging $75.00 plus photographs

  • Express Photo Processing (same day service) $100.00 (restrictions apply)

  • Image archive retrieval (if available) $50.00 per session.

NOTICE OF SITE USAGE:

All pricing current as of 2016 and subject to change without notice. A basic photo shoot from start to finish, which includes travel to and from the listing, photographing the listing, and processing the photos, averages 4.5 hours.
